RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Charis the Mama. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
